







EXECUTIVE POSITIONS
Sr. General Accountant (CPA)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
-
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards
-
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
-
Implement and interpret accounting policies and recommend process improvements
-
Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, BIR requirements, and statutory reporting
-
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory agencies
-
Review complex accounting transactions and provide technical guidance to junior accounting staff
-
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
-
Identify accounting risks and recommend controls and efficiency improvements
Qualifications:
-
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
-
At least 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate, shared services, or audit)
-
Strong expertise in accounting policies, standards, and end-to-end accounting processes
-
Solid background in financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
-
Proficient in accounting systems and advanced MS Excel
-
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Experience supervising or mentoring accounting staff
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-
Excellent communication and coordination skills
-
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
-
Able to work onsite Mon-Sat (9:00AM-6:00PM)

HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
-
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company rules in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
-
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters; handle investigations and resolution professionally and confidentially.
-
Oversee performance management processes, including KPI setting, evaluations, and improvement plans.
-
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, leaves, and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE requirements).
-
Lead training and development initiatives, including orientation programs and leadership development.
-
Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
-
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management and compliance purposes.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and government regulations.
-
Promote employee engagement, culture, and retention programs.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
-
At least 5 years of HR supervisory experience handling generalist functions OR
-
At least 2 years of HR managerial experience.
-
Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
-
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
-
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS).Work Arrangement
